数字化转型下的企业人力资源信息系统研究

摘要： 介绍了企业人力资源信息系统的发展现状，指出了数字化转型下人力资源信息系统现阶段存在的不足和未来发展趋势，并结合当下企业数字化转型需求，提出了一套数据驱动的人力资源信息系统架构，并具体阐明了架构中每一层的技术实现方式，为企业数字化转型过程中人力资源信息系统建设提供了可靠的系统架构基础。

Abstract： This paper introduces the present situation of enterprise human resource information system, points out the existing insufficiency at the present stage, and looks forward to the future development trend of human resource information system. This paper proposes a set of data-driven human resource information system framework according to the demand of the current enterprise digital transformation, and elaborates the technology realization mode of each layer in the framework, which provides a reliable system foundation for the enterprise digital transformation.

0 引言
隨著云計算技術、大數據技術、人工智能技術和物聯網技術高速發展，為了適應時代的發展和順應信息化發展的浪潮，企業必須進行數字化轉型。企業人力資源管理作為企業管理的重要組成，其數字化轉型的核心訴求是：強化業務賦能，快速敏捷反應，加速服務轉型，大力培養人才，自身職能轉型。在這一訴求下，提高企業人力資源系統的智能化水平、將前沿信息技術融入人力資源管理信息系統之中，迅速建設一套適應當下企業發展的人力資源系統成為了企業的當務之急，也是企業數字化轉型的重點之一。
