基于区块链的知识产权保护服务体系

摘要： 知识产权保护存在确权认证周期长、证明权利归属难、维权保护举证难、知识共享效率低、交易及赔偿价值评估难、保护监管手段少等问题。从知识产权保护问题出发，对现有区块链技术进行改造，依据特有的自组织区块链技术、凭证携数据技术、跨组织身份信任技术和端到端协同交换技术构建知识产权保护服务体系，从根本上解决了产权全生命周期痕迹数据缺失，产权产生、交易和使用环节证据链条断裂，产权管理系统和其他信息系统存在条块分割，产权监管的事前预防、事中监控、事后追责缺乏技术支撑等技术难题。

Intellectual property protection service system based on blockchain

Abstract： There are many problems in the protection of intellectual property, such as the long period of certification, the difficulty of proving the ownership of rights, the difficulty of proving the protection of rights, the low efficiency of knowledge sharing, the difficulty in evaluating the value of transaction and compensation, and the lack of protection and supervision means. In this paper blockchain technology has been adapted to the protection of intellectual property. According to the unique self-organizing blockchain technology, certificate carrying data technology, cross organization identity trust technology and peer-to-peer collaborative exchange technology, the intellectual property protection service system is constructed. It has fundamentally solved the technical problems, such as the lack of trace data in the whole life cycle of property rights, the fracture of evidence chain in the production, transaction and use of property rights, the fragmentation of property management system and other information systems, and the lack of technical support in the prevention, monitoring and accountability of property rights supervision.

隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的確權(quán)、授權(quán)、用權(quán)環(huán)境也呈層次復(fù)雜、多元交叉狀態(tài)，運(yùn)用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)服務(wù)體系對(duì)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)良性發(fā)展、促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步至關(guān)重要。
